What we do
Four jobs. Done right.
Everything Turbo does comes down to four services, each handled by a crew with over 40 years of combined termite experience.
Termite inspection
A full look at the structure, top to bottom, so you know exactly what you are dealing with before anyone talks treatment.
Fumigation
The whole-structure treatment for serious infestations, backed by Turbo's stated 3-year re-treatment guarantee.
Escrow inspections
Termite inspections for real estate transactions, the kind buyers, sellers, and agents in Chula Vista count on.
Termite repair
The damage gets fixed too, not just treated. One crew for the inspection, the treatment, and the repair.
Our crew
A family crew since 2001.
Turbo Termite & Repair is family owned and operated out of Chula Vista. The crew carries over 40 years of combined termite experience, which is why one call covers the inspection, the treatment, and the repair.

The promise
One tent. One treatment. Covered for three years.
That is Turbo's stated re-treatment guarantee on fumigation: if termites come back within three years of treatment, they come back out. It is the kind of promise only a crew with decades in the trade puts in writing.

How it works
From first knock to final repair.
One crew, one number, start to finish. No hand-offs between a treatment company and a repair company.
Inspect
A full termite inspection of the structure, so the plan is based on what is actually there.
Tent and treat
Fumigation for serious infestations, the whole-structure treatment done by an experienced crew.
Repair
The termite damage gets repaired by the same company, not left for someone else to find.
Guaranteed
Covered by their stated 3-year re-treatment guarantee on fumigation.

Good questions
Asked often.
Do you handle escrow inspections?
Yes. Escrow inspections are one of Turbo's four core services, built for buyers, sellers, and agents who need a termite inspection during a real estate transaction.
What is the 3-year re-treatment guarantee?
It is Turbo's stated promise on fumigation: if termites return within three years of treatment, they re-treat. Ask them for the exact terms when you call.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Turbo is state licensed, bonded, and insured, and their site states BBB certification.
Do you do the repair work too, or just the treatment?
Both. Termite repair is a listed service, alongside inspection, fumigation, and escrow inspections. One crew handles the damage from discovery to repair.

How long have you been in business?
